Avalanche Product for Cotton Plants
This logo, commissioned by Statera Ag, is for a product strictly intended for cotton plants. Using Avalanche, more vigorous cotton plants are seen, with more boll sets, bigger bolls, and better quality bolls. The logo ties the name "Avalanche" with thriving cotton through the design of an "A" resembling a mountain with its peak in the cloud. The cloud reinforces the idea of a tall mountain and illustrates a thriving cotton boll.

The brief from the client for this logo was simple - something modern and simple with an "R" central to the design. I wanted to create a logo that is easily scalable for use on socks, packaging, and website use. The black and white primary color scheme evokes a clean modern aesthetic and the baby blue color pop adds interest. Black bars behind the "R" make for a great repeating pattern for packaging as well as nod to grippy tire tracks.

Taking inspiration from the Bauhaus design style and color pallet, I came up with something wholly unique from the original while being recognizable as the NJC icon.
